A record 2.6 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space was delivered across Poland in the first half of 2023 amid clear signs of new-build construction slowing down. The Polish industrial and warehouse stock has doubled in size in the last five years, with Poland being one of the fastest-growing logistics markets in Europe, reveals Savills. 

How long will the cooling off in the investment market last? What are the main factors currently shaping demand? Which projects will banks lend money for today? The process of accelerated book-building for Archicom shares has been completed, as a result of which Archicom, Echo Investment and DKR Investment, i.e. companies belonging to the Echo Investment Group, set the sales price of existing Archicom shares and the issue price of 10 million new series D and E shares at PLN 22 per piece. Archicom will use the funds obtained in this way primarily to intensify ​​land acquisitions for further investments.

Mindspace unveiled the results of a recent survey of employees from industries worldwide regarding shifting sentiment towards the workplace. Their latest report reveals that 9 out of 10 employees consider wellbeing facilities and offerings to be critical when choosing a workplace, and 82% expect support from their employers in achieving a work-life balance.

GLP announced that Mastermedia, a leader in Polish food exports, has expanded its lease at GLP Poznań Airport Logistics Centre by an additional 11,840 sqm. As a result, Mastermedia has become the largest tenant at the logistics park, where it will now occupy a total of 28,775 sqm.

FLE has successfully signed and closed the acquisition of the ca. 12,500 sqm DAFA warehouse and light production facility in Natolin (Grodzisk Mazowiecki Region), located in Warsaw logistic Zone II. The transaction was construed as a sale and long-term lease back. The price has not been disclosed. 

TFG Asset Management, a company providing services to the owner of the building - GNT Ventures Gdańsk, has chosen Walter Herz as sole agent for the lease of space in CUBE Office Park complex, located at Pałubickiego Street in Gdańsk. The cooperation includes the commercialization of office buildings offering a total leasable area of over 19.7 thousand sqm.

Consolidation of the residential business, maintaining a high rental level in all completed Resi4Rent projects, starting new "destination" projects – this is a summary of the operational activities of Echo Investment Group in the first half of 2023. The Group's development plans are supported by a high cash balance of over PLN 662 million.
