City Point Okęcie, a joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors, has achieved Breeam Outstanding certification with a score of 92.3%. 

Over half of Poland’s top 200 residential developers are family-owned firms using domestic capital and most are led by individuals over 50 who lack formal succession plans. According to a JLL Living and Crido report, the frequent absence of a family heir may soon force these owners to sell their businesses.

EPP, Poland's largest retail asset manager, has secured a €323.9 million loan to refinance existing debt on its shopping centre portfolio. The financing covers four retail assets: King Cross Marcelin in Poznań, two assets in Szczecin (Galaxy and Outlet Park), and Pasaż Grunwaldzki in Wrocław.

Segro is building a new, custom-fit facility for Corning Optical Communications, a provider of solutions for AI data centres and fibre to the home. Corning's existing operational base is being expanded with a third production and logistics building within Segro Logistics Park Stryków.

Poznań's Andersia Tower, owned by DEKA Immobilien, has reached near fully occupancy following lease agreements covering over 3,500 sqm of space that have been closed in 2025.

Developer Matexi Polska, active in the Warsaw and Kraków markets, signed 92 apartment contracts in the first quarter (70 in Warsaw and 22 in Kraków). This represents growth of around 30% compared to the first three months of the previous year, when 71 contracts were signed.

Develia sold in Q1 2025 860 units based on development and preliminary contracts compared to 951 in Q1 2025 and 845 in Q4 2025.

Resi Capital by Cavatina has laid the cornerstone for Liberty Tower, a 43-storey residential tower at Grzybowska 54 in Warsaw. The developer sold 60 apartments on the highest floors before opening its sales office in February.

Panattoni has secured €22.5 million financing from Bank Pekao for a build-to-suit project in Łódź for Zrew Transformatory. The funds will be used to build a power transformer manufacturing plant.

MLP Group has secured one of Poland's largest independent logistics operators for a new facility at MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski. Under a long-term lease agreement, the tenant will launch an operational centre in a dedicated warehouse facility scheduled for completion in Q4 2026.
