At the CEE Property Investment Update 2026 in Warsaw, the focus quickly shifted from headline risks to underlying resilience. Bringing together investors, bankers, lawyers and asset managers, the opening panel examined how Central and Eastern Europe’s real estate markets are being shaped by geopolitical volatility, energy transformation and shifting capital priorities – and why, despite the noise, many fundamentals continue to support long-term investment. Moderated by Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra of Colliers, the discussion set out to separate short-term disruption from structural opportunity in a region increasingly tested by global change.

Retail developer Scallier has begun construction of a new retail park on Wolności Street in Zabrze. The project is being developed for a private investor, with Scallier serving as investment advisor, developer, and leasing agent.

The total office stock in Warsaw reached 6.2 million sqm at the end of last year, while no new office space was delivered to the market in Q4 2025, according to data by the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (Pink).

7R has signed a long-term lease agreement with Profile Vox for more than 20,000 sqm of warehouse and production space in Pobiedziska, near Poznań. The facility, developed under a built-to-suit formula, combines a warehouse with a production area designed to meet high standards for insulation and energy efficiency.

MLP Group has completed a €350 million green bond issuance with a 5-year maturity and fixed coupon of 4.75%, in an offering attracted strong demand and was oversubscribed.

Industrial developer Panattoni has secured €24 million in financing from Bank Pekao for the construction of Panattoni Park Białystok III, currently the only Class A facility available to tenants in the Podlaskie Voivodeship.
