Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has become a tenant at another MLP Group park. The company will take up a total of over 17,000 sqm of space and will operate from two key locations in Pruszków and Łódź starting from the second quarter of 2021. Axi Immo supported the Group in the transaction.
With a loan amount of €82.2 million, Helaba is financing the acquisition of the prime office property Lixa in Warsaw. The first stage of the investment was purchased by Hana Investment Co. Ltd., a South Korean consortium represented by Commerz Real. The loan term is for five years and Helaba is acting as sole underwriter for the transaction.
Panattoni has bought an 8.2-hectare site in the Annopol neighbourhood of Warsaw to develop City Logistics Warsaw IV, featuring approx. 40,000 sqm. The facility’s location, next to the S8 route, will ensure efficient domestic and international transport. There will also be a tram terminal in the direct vicinity of the building. City Logistics Warsaw IV is the sixth project of this formula in Warsaw.
Skanska has signed a lease agreement with Polish e-commerce platform Allegro for about 26,000 sqm of office space and 177 parking lots in the third office building in the Nowy Rynek mixed-use project in Poznań, Poland. The tenant will move in in Q2 2021. With this lease, the building is now 87% occupied.
Long-term owner and warehouse developer P3 has signed a lease agreement with HOPI for approximately 33,910 sqm of warehouse and office space in the P3 Mszczonów park. The new building will serve as HOPI's central warehouse and HQ in Poland.

The European Logistics Investment (ELI) logistics platform in Poland will deliver an 18,300 sqm logistics centre in Skawina near Kraków. The Kraków V facility, which is ELI’s third investment in that region, will be developed together with its partner Panattoni. Close to 20% of the space has already been leased to RTV Euro AGD– a leading retailer of home appliances and consumer electronics.
Rhenus Logistics has extended a contract and expanded its warehouse space at Mapletree Park Szczecin. The company now occupies ca. 52,000 sqm from ca. 102,000 sqm available space. Colliers International advised the tenant in the lease extension process.
Cushman & Wakefield Echinox moves its headquarters to the office building developed by businessman and former tennis player Ion Tiriac near Piata Victoriei in Bucharest. The company rented here a space between 300 and 500 sqm.
CBRE Romania will move from this summer to a new headquarters. The company rented almost one floor of One Tower, which has 1,400 sqm.
Furniture retailer Mobexpert leased 2,000 sqm of warehouses and offices in Constanța Business Park, developed by Global Vision and Globalworth. Following recent transactions, Constanța Business Park has reached an occupancy rate of 70%.

Olga Szczęsna has joined JLL Poland's Office Agency Department, where she has taken up the position of director. Olga will be responsible for the commercialization of buildings from the Patrizia portfolio, including N21, Metron and G9, as well as the Central Point building, currently under construction in the centre of Warsaw.

Ciprian Sîrbu has over 10 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, and industrial supply chain, completed by 7 years in which he worked in the IT field.
