Scallier has secured exclusive rights to commercialise five new retail parks in Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Ruda Śląska, Zabrze, and Darłowo. Construction is scheduled to begin between late 2025 and early 2026, with openings planned for the first half of 2027. The projects will offer a combined leasable area of over 40,000 sqm.

Our role involves analysing each market and designing tailored leasing strategies to deliver efficient retail spaces that meet both investor expectations and customer needs,” said Bartosz Nowak, Managing Partner at Scallier. “We focus on convenience, complementing local retail offers, and ensuring attractive price points.”

In Bydgoszcz, the retail park will provide 13,000 sqm of space on Grunwaldzka Street near residential areas and national road DK80. In Toruń, a 10,000 sqm park will be developed on Bukowa Street close to housing and the main ring road. Darłowo, despite having just 12,000 residents, attracts around one million visitors annually; the first phase of its retail park will deliver over 7,000 sqm. Ruda Śląska will see a second phase add 6,000 sqm near existing stores such as Castorama and Aura Park. In Zabrze, Scallier is not only managing commercialisation but also overseeing the entire development process, including the redevelopment of a former supermarket site complemented by a nearby Aldi.

Recent projects by Scallier include retail parks in Ruda Śląska, Pyrzyce, and Kościan, with upcoming openings in Poznań (August), Wrocław (October), and Chełmża (December). Anna Wojciechowska, Senior Leasing Manager at Scallier, noted that these parks feature a mix of established brands, grocery anchors, and fitness facilities to strengthen their local appeal.

Bartosz Nowak added that demand for retail parks in Poland continues to grow, driven by low market saturation and rising popularity of convenient, local shopping formats. Scallier aims to expand tenant offerings to include entertainment zones, dining options, leisure spaces, and services across fashion, sports, health, and beauty.
