Savills Investment Management has completed the disposal of Marynarska Point I, an office property located in Warsaw to an investment fund managed by Adventum Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The 46-month revitalization of the Norblin Factory in Warsaw's Wola district, carried out by Capital Park Group, has come to an end. The complex has been granted an occupancy permit. At the investment site, preparations are currently underway to open the first concepts, which will be gradually unveiled to future visitors over the next few months.
North and North-West Poland has become a new target location for the international investor Accolade. It will direct its investments of over €50 million to two new locations where industrial parks will be built. The cities of Elbląg and Koszalin are conveniently located near the sea and major ports as well as important road routes. The new tenants including DPD and AutoStore have already rented their place in the newly planned parks.
DL Invest Group has finalised the sale of the DL City shopping centre in Zgorzelec in Lower Silesia. The return on equity of the transaction is 253% and the return on the investment comes to as much as 63%.
Italian asset and fund manager Generali Real Estate has acquired 7R Park Gdańsk II in Gdańsk-Kowale on behalf of its pan-European Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund (GRELF) from Polish industrial developer 7R for an undisclosed sum.
Adventum Investment Fund Management has completed the first close of its latest Fund, Fund V (Penta) in August 2021. The investor acquired the Marynarska Point I office building in Warsaw from Savills Investment Management.
Penta Investments group has sold a building plot of 6,500 square meters in Warsaw for almost €25 million. The plot in the Wola district was bought by Lincoln Property Company together with the investment group ENERN. They plan to build an office building with 30,000 meters of leasable area on a plot with the availability of public transport.

The other is Nodium Group – the owner of two online platforms – sport-shop.pl and nodik.pl. The company is to consolidate its operations by occupying more warehousing space than it already leases.
Internet radio station, newonce.radio will move its headquarters to the Norblin Factory in Warsaw. On an area of 366 sqm there will be a new radio studio, editorial offices and office facilities, including a conference room.
Specjał Group, Polish-owned FMCG distributor, has leased another 1,400 sqm of warehouse space for its Warsaw branch in Panattoni Park Konotopa II. The tenant was represented during the lease transaction process by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
