Savills has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Biura przy Warzelni, the largest office building in the Browary Warszawskie complex owned by Deka Immobilien. The firm already represents several other Deka assets in Poland, including Willa Fabrykanta and Warzelnia, which houses the popular Nine’s restaurant.


The seven-storey Biura przy Warzelni building offers 29,600 sqm of office space and a two-level underground car park with 180 spaces. Fully leased to tenants including Grupa Żywiec, Allen & Overy, ADN Institute, Point72 and Playtika, the building also features restaurants and a gym on the ground floor and is connected to historic cellars. It is part of the award-winning mixed-use Browary Warszawskie development.

Jakub Parys, Associate Director at Savills, is responsible for leasing Biura przy Warzelni and Generation Park Z, a class A office building offering 17,500 sqm on Towarowa Street, where 4,000 sqm will become available in 2027. He also leads leasing efforts for Mokotowska Square and other Deka-owned buildings in Warsaw and Poznań.

“Biura przy Warzelni offers modern and comfortable workspace in a central Warsaw location, with access to a wide range of amenities and even the option to lease offices in historic buildings,” said Jakub Parys.

Browary Warszawskie is located in the Wola district and is known for its blend of modern architecture and revitalised post-industrial buildings. The project has become a benchmark for urban regeneration and a popular destination for businesses and residents alike.
