Trei Real Estate, an international developer and asset holder for residential and retail real estate, just opened another retail park of its Vendo Park brand in Radzymin, Masovian voivodeship, close to Warsaw. The total amount invested was €3.1 million.

Subsequent to the shareholders' decision in June 2021 to increase the company’s capital, GTC offered 55,000,000 O-series bearer shares. On the back of strong demand, the company eventually sold as many as 88,700,000 shares at PLN 6.40 per share, raising new capital of approx. €123 million.

MainStage Logistics, a company providing comprehensive services in respect of logistics centre management, has a new facility in the portfolio. Since December, the company has been managing an industrial and warehouse park in Jasionka near Rzeszów.

Zalando will open two additional fulfillment centers in Poland. One fulfillment center is already under construction in Białe Błota near Bydgoszcz, while the construction of the second, in Bydgoszcz itself, will start at the beginning of 2022. The investment extends the group's European logistics network and is a response to the growing popularity of Zalando's shopping club, Zalando Lounge.

Jet Industrial Lease has bought a 54,000 sqm portfolio of five industrial buildings in Poland from Vestinlog, part of the KKCG group. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.

19 construction groups listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange reported nominal revenue growth of 10% y-o-y over the past four quarters, which was driven by the continued hike in prices of labour and building materials. Also, the aggregate net profit posted by companies in this group improved substantially as it grew by PLN 1.3 billion over the year, though it was mostly due to one-off market developments. Notwithstanding that, the profit margin figures reported by the listed construction companies are still worse that results delivered by developers and suppliers of building materials and construction equipment.

Futureal Investment Partners has acquired the Galeria Bemowo shopping centre in Warsaw, Poland. The value of the transaction remains undisclosed. 

Ghelamco’s latest skyscraper at Warsaw UNIT has received a BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level, the highest possible rating. This is the first certificate at this level for a high-rise building in Poland and the second one in Warsaw. The certificate was awarded based on the BREEAM International New Construction 2013 system.
