Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as property manager for Widok Towers, the most centrally located skyscraper in Warsaw. The mandate follows many years of cooperation with German Commerz Real AG, the owner of the property, on Tulipan House and Millennium Park A.

Widok Towers is a mixed-use 95m high skyscraper in the very heart of Warsaw, located at 44 Jerozolimskie Avenue, next to Romana Dmowskiego Roundabout. It has an area of almost 35,000 sqm. Sitting next to the new Rotunda building, it was completed in 2021, replacing the landmark Universal tower.

The anchor tenant of Widok Towers is Warsaw City Hall, which pre-let over 11,000 sqm of office space in the building in 2021. Other key tenants include Enel Med, Funk Gruppe, Movatoo, Vortune Equity and the trade promotion organisation Advantage Austria. Office leasing and facility management services are provided by S+B Gruppe AG, the developer of the property.

“It is the second skyscraper that has recently strengthened our property management portfolio in Poland. Less than a month ago we had the pleasure of announcing our takeover of property management of Sky Tower in Wrocław. We are delighted with this mandate to deliver for another prestigious high-rise building. Boasting a prime location, Widok Towers has become one of the new symbols of the city centre,” says Michał Bryszewski, Head of Property & Asset Management, Savills.

Ukraine's housing recovery: Donor support in action

by Property Forum
As Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine enters its fourth year, the scale of destruction to the country's residential stock remains staggering. The international community, led by the World Bank Group, the European Commission, the United Nations, and the Council of Europe Development Bank, has mobilised substantial grant and loan financing for Ukraine's recovery. A meaningful portion of these funds flows directly into state-run housing programmes, offering a rare, data-rich window into how international support translates into real outcomes for families on the ground. The URE Club (Ukrainian Real Estate Club) has produced a brief analysis of the main government programmes and their outcomes for Property Forum
