With 83 companies, 1256 tickets sold and 56 teams, after a two-year break, JLL Poland is back to organising its flagship event – the 11th Real Estate Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament 2022. This year's tournament will take place this Thursday, August 4th at Monta Beach Volley Club at 12 M. Zaruski Street in Warsaw. Property Forum is a media partner of the event

Just like in previous years, the main purpose of the event is a common action in favour of those who are most in need. This year, as a gesture of solidarity with Ukraine, the funds raised at the charity auction will be donated to the Polish Humanitarian Action fundraising. With its focus on diversity area, JLL also plans to support the Women's Rights Centre Foundation.

“We are very pleased with the huge interest surrounding the 11th Real Estate Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament. Over the last 3 weeks, we have responded to hundreds of emails from players, companies, media, partners, organisations, coordinators, referees, artist managers, technicians and our employees. We hope to meet you all this Thursday to cheer together and drive positive change that matters,” says Paulina Smaszcz, Head of Marketing & PR, JLL Poland.

Just as befits any sporting event, it will not be complete without a real sporting rivalry. Matches of 7-person amateur teams, each with a minimum of one woman, will be played on several courts at the same time. The professionals will referee the games, which will also be supported by experienced entertainers. There will be a sporting warm-up conducted by Legia volleyball players, who have been part of Polish beach volleyball teams for years. The games of the volleyball teams will begin at 9:00 a.m. and last until 6:00 p.m. The final match is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., and at 6:00 p.m. the winners of this year's tournament will be announced.

JLL 11th Real Estate Charity Beach Volleyball Tournament 2022 is an event for the whole family. Four zones will be operating during the tournament so that everyone can find what is best for them – we invite you to the sports zone, the chill-out zone, the children's zone and the VIP zone.

Later on, after the tournament and the awards ceremony for the winning teams, a charity auction will be held to raise funds for selected organisations – Polish Humanitarian Action and the Women's Rights Centre Foundation. Approximately 2,500 guests who have confirmed their attendance at the event will be able to bid for 20 exclusive pieces. The evening will be concluded with a concert by our special guests Kayah and Vlada Muravets.

“I hope that this year we will beat the record from 2019, when together, with 60 teams, 420 team players and 2,500 guests, we raised a staggering PLN 1,200,000, which was donated to the “Saving Kids With Cancer Foundation”, enabling the purchase of the latest generation of medical equipment for innovative cellular therapies for the young patients of the Cape of Hope oncology clinic in Wrocław. To everyone who was there that day, thank you once again for your participation, energy, fighting spirit and a huge heart. The JLL 11th Charity Real Estate Beach Volleyball Tournament is a special opportunity to integrate our environment in a spirit of sporting rivalry and fun, joining forces for a common and unique goal. We warmly invite you to participate in this year's edition,” Paulina Smaszcz points out.

Admission is free for all spectators.

Warsaw building permits now take 18 months

by Property Forum
Warsaw's residential land market is undergoing a shift in how plots are valued. Alongside location and development potential, the ability to move efficiently through the investment process has become a key factor. Land with a clear planning status and a valid building permit is becoming increasingly valuable. The current market environment requires much greater selectivity and a thorough assessment of investment risk, says Damian Karkośiński, Investment and Acquisitions Specialist at Walter Herz.
