Panattoni has announced the construction of a new 12,000 sqm centre in Poznań. Panattoni has already built around 370,000 sqm for the City Logistics sector in 22 locations.

Trei Real Estate GmbH, an international developer and asset holder for residential and retail real estate, just opened another three retail parks of the Vendo Park brand in Poland. French investment firm FREY has acquired Park Handlowy Matarnia in Gdańsk from Ingka Centres for €105 million. This is FREY’s first acquisition in Poland.

Panattoni built and is leasing a new, custom-fit facility to Corning Incorporated, a manufacturer of low-loss optical fibre. The facility is located in Mszczonów, a city near Warsaw, and is more than 20,000 sqm. It was customized to meet Corning’s specific manufacturing requirements for low-loss optical fibre production and to meet demand for high-speed connectivity in Europe and surrounding regions.
