7R has completed a manufacturing and warehouse facility for Toppoint in Brzezie near Sulechów in Zielona Góra County. The Build-To-Own investment spans nearly 35,000 sqm, including 32,455 sqm of manufacturing and warehouse space plus over 2,400 sqm of office and staff amenity areas.
Toppoint supplies promotional products including writing instruments, drinkware, bags, electronics, and gifts. The company offers over 2,000 products under three concepts and distributes portfolios of brands including Philips, Fresh 'n Rebel, and GP Batteries. Depenbrock Polska completed construction in nine months, starting in July 2025.
The facility features solutions tailored to Toppoint's operations, including advanced HVAC and power systems for machinery, process rooms, and VNA racking systems with NFPA-compliant fire protection.
The investment will create up to 600 jobs across manufacturing, logistics and administration departments. The facility will operate in three shifts using automated production lines, with Toppoint planning to expand its offering with new branding techniques and services.
