German online fashion distributor BestSecret will take up almost 90,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Sulechów III with the option to further expand by another 42,000 sqm. The development will be handed over in stages between January and June 2023.

The buildings have been connected with roads and utilities and Panattoni has additionally reinforced the roof to mount 260 kWp of solar cells.
