Accolade received a long-term financing for the 5 industrial parks in Poland: Gorzów Wielkopolski, Szczecin Załom (West), Szczecin Kniewska, Częstochowa and Kielce. The €129 million refinancing loan was delivered by its new financing partner Helaba. 

Saint-Gobain Sekurit, a manufacturer of car glass and solutions for the automotive market, has leased 21,300 sqm in CTPark Iłowa located in the Lubuskie voivodeship in Poland. The company will move into the largest building of the complex (110,000 sqm), in which it will conduct production and warehouse operations.

CBRE has appointed Daniel Bienias as the new Managing Director of the CEE region. He will take over this role from Andreas Ridder who has been successfully building CBRE’s presence in the region for the last 20 years. Andreas will remain in his position as Managing Director, CBRE Austria.

Panattoni has leased 42,000 sqm to Japanese logistics operator Nissin in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV. The logistics park, which came into use this year, is the first to be developed in the western part of the city and will ultimately comprise three buildings with a total area of 110,000 sqm. 

Vastint has leased nearly 13,400 sqm in three Business Garden complexes in the last months of 2022. The new tenants of Business Garden Wrocław are VSB Energie Odnawialne Polska, Smartbear Software, IDOM, and Jabil Poland, which leased a total of more than 4,200 sqm of office space. In addition, two current tenants of the complex, Gates Business Services Europe and iTechArt, have expanded their existing offices by an additional 2,400 sqm. The Business Garden Poznań tenants were joined by Deloitte and Paypro SA, which leased a total of 2,720 sqm. Business Garden Warsaw also gained new tenants, Astellas Pharma, Stadler Polska, TLScontact and United Imaging Healthcare Poland. Along with the expansion agreements signed with current clients, the Warsaw complex leased 4,074 sqm of office space.

The past year has been an extremely intense one for the housing market. ICT service provider Atman sp. z o.o. has purchased an investment site of nearly 6 hectares in Duchnice, in the municipality of Ożarów Mazowiecki. The transaction process for the Warsaw-based company, including engineering support and the preparation of administrative and legal formalities, was provided by JLL Poland.

According to the latest report from Workthere.pl, Savills' flexible office space platform, since 2018, flex providers have delivered over 239,000 sqm of new office space in 114 buildings, accounting for 75% of Poland’s total coworking and serviced office stock.

A pandemic, high inflation, rising prices for materials and contractors, and consequently, an increase in starting rental rates concerned the warehouse sector in 2022. Despite the difficulties, the logistics and industrial market is stable and has grown dynamically.
