Savills has presented a preliminary summary of 2022 and predicted key trends for the coming months. The commercial property market in Poland is facing uncertainty and rising prices but remains underpinned by strong fundamentals, which bodes well for the future, reveals Savills.

MLP Group has successfully carried out a public offering of Series F shares by way of a private placement, directed exclusively to qualified investors and investors subscribing for shares worth no less than the equivalent of €100,000. Based on an accelerated bookbuild process, the issue price of Series F shares was set at PLN 70.

7R Park Wrocław West II has been granted a valid building permit. This is another development in the Lower Silesian Voivodship to be invested in by 7R. The facility will be built in Kąty Wrocławskie. Ultimately, it will provide nearly 44,000 sqm of class-A logistics and production area.

Ghelamco has announced that it has signed an agreement to sell Plac Vogla, a retail and service center in Warsaw’s Wilanów district. Investment group LCP Properties, which also acquired the Prochownia Łomianki retail park from the developer in October this year, has become the new owner of the building. The price has not been disclosed.

During this time, the Group generated PLN 125 million in net profit.

Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of a new retail centre development in the Polish city of Kołobrzeg. Developed in a joint venture with local partner Karuzela Holding and designed to achieve a “Very Good” score on the BREEAM in-use scale, this is the third retail development project opened by Mitiska REIM and Karuzela Holding in Poland this year. Financing for the new retail centre was provided by AION and mBank.

That’s why locations with convenient transport connections and proximity to motorways or expressways are clearly favoured. Panattoni has completed an investment in the Warminsko-Mazurskie province. Almost all of Panattoni Park Elbląg's space has been leased to Flex, a global supplier of equipment and technology. The facility is also used by the courier network DPD Polska.
