Estonia-based Bidrento, a start-up company that automates the management of rental properties, has secured €800,000 in a follow-up funding round to speed up the expansion to Poland.

Grzegorz Kawecki, Vice-President of the Management Board, Marvipol Development talked to Property Forum about the current slowdown in the Polish residential market, interest of the PRS investment funds and the forecasts for the rental sector.

Krajowy Ośrodek Wsparcia Rolnictwa (KOWR) has renewed its lease agreement at the Karolkowa Business Park office building, owned by the Menora Group, Shikun&Binui Group and M&A Capital. According to data from the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate, ​the renegotiation of the 10,000 sqm contract is one of the largest transactions in the Warsaw office market for Q2 2022.

Trigea nemovitostní fond acquired Panattoni Tricity North, an urban logistics park developed and managed by Panattoni. The asset was selected by Trigea for its first logistics investment in Poland. The parties agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.

Representatives from Panattoni and Media Expert, the owner of several hundred electronics stores in Poland, together with Hanna Zdanowska, the mayor of Łódź, on Friday - September 2nd - formally opened the latest section of the Media Expert logistics centre within the Central European Logistics Hub. Domy Towarowe Wars Sawa Junior has welcomed adidas Warsaw - the largest store and the first adidas brand centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Panattoni has started construction of Panattoni Park Nadarzyn II. The development is being built on a site of almost 20 ha and will take up almost 100,000 sqm.
