Panattoni has sold its strategic Wroclaw Campus project in southwest Poland to P3 Logistic Parks. The project totals 185,000 sqm. The price has not been disclosed.

Despite the lack of significant changes in credit availability, high inflation and rising prices, residential property sales in the last quarter of 2022 bettered the previous quarter’s performance. Sales growth was recorded in each of the six major markets with an average q-o-q of 29%, says JLL advisory agency. 

Panattoni has received an "Outstanding" rating under the BREEAM International New Construction system for Panattoni Park Szczecin III (halls A and B). This is the first such high level of certification in the industrial real estate market in Poland for a newly built investment. Its implementation was preceded by detailed life-cycle cost (LCC) and life-cycle analysis (LCA) of the facility for a period of 60 years. During construction, energy and water consumption were carefully monitored, harmful CO2 emissions were minimized, and thermal imaging was performed upon completion. The halls have been adapted to climate change and a possible change of use in the future. The project is located just 500 meters from public transportation and is accessible to people with disabilities.

The Saski Crescent office building, located in Warsaw, at the intersection of Marszłakowska and Królewska streets, will offer more than 15,000 sqm of office space after renovation. The procedure will be completed in 2024. 

CUBE Office Park in Gdansk is currently going through a green transformation process. The refurbishment of the reception lobby in building A, which was completed last year, is just a glimpse of what tenants may expect in the near future. CUBE Office Park is managed by TFG Asset Management while real estate advisory firm Savills is the sole letting agent for office space in the complex.

Significant new leases, prolongations and expansions were signed at the Bonarka for Business “B4B” office park in Kraków.

Bydgoszcz Logistics Centre will continue to lease 45,000 sqm of warehouse space to leading grocery chain Kaufland. During the renegotiation of the lease conditions, CBRE Investment Management, the owner of the complex, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

2022 was a good, strong year in Poland's office market. After a downturn, it was time for a long-awaited boom in demand. Companies have adapted to new working conditions. Due to the loosening of restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic, they have launched a campaign to encourage people to return to their offices. On the other hand, we will see lower development activity in both Warsaw and regional office markets in the coming quarters, which should last until 2024. Panattoni is developing its portfolio in the vicinity of Warsaw. The developer has completed the development of almost 40,000 sqm as part of its City Logistics Warsaw IV project in Annopol. Half of the space is to be taken up in July this year by TRUMPF Huettinger. The production plant is to serve markets that include the US, Japan, Korea and China.
