Vilharia, the office building in Ljubljana, developed by the Slovak development company Corwin, has announced two new key tenants. The building has reached 75% occupancy.

Delavska Hranilnica bank and the advisory and accounting firm LeitnerLeitner will occupy the new office premises alongside Zavarovalnica Generali, which remains the largest confirmed tenant, and several others who have already signed leases or are in the advanced stages of negotiations.

Construction is progressing as planned: the usage permit is expected to be obtained by the end of 2025, with interior fit-outs starting earlier. The first tenants are set to move into new workspaces in 2026.

Delavska Hranilnica will occupy 5,401 sqm, representing almost 15% of the total gross leasable area and ranking it among the largest confirmed tenants. In addition to offices on the upper floors, the bank will also expand its business network with a cashless branch on the ground floor, accessible to the general public.

Also relocating to Vilharia is LeitnerLeitner, the tax, legal and financial advisory company, offering accounting and payroll services. The company will occupy 1,160 sqm of office space.

In addition to leased office space, a state-of-the-art conference hall, located on the ground floor, will serve as a venue for business events, internal presentations, and national conferences, further reinforcing Vilharia’s role as one of the city’s leading business destinations.
