Panattoni is extending Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate. The building now under construction is to be occupied by international logistics operator Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska sp. z o.o. sp.k., which is to take up 16,200 sqm within the next few months. After the expansion, the park will have an area of around 46,900 sqm and Panattoni will come close to having developed 2 mln sqm in the Wrocław region.

The Wrocław region continually shows huge potential, which is affirmed by last year’s Business Environment Assessment Study - the administrative capital of Lower Silesia is the most attractive city for business in the country. Wrocław is also an excellent place for warehouse space with demand at around 1 mln sqm in the previous year. Panattoni is extending further projects in the region with which it is closing in on having delivered 2 mln sqm of space. This time the developer is completing the second building in Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska sp. z o.o. sp.k. will already occupy 15,200 sqm next month. This is the second time this year Panattoni has worked with the logistics operator, which has also leased space in the developer’s Toruń park.

“Working together twice in one year is a sign of a fruitful partnership between Panattoni and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, so we are looking forward to its further development. We believe that picking us was an important step in the development of a company that chooses extremely high quality developments and strategic locations in Poland giving it access to key markets in this country and across Europe,” says Szymon Więcek, Senior Development Manager, Panattoni.

The location of Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate ensures good access to every high speed road and motorway in Lower Silesia. National Road nr 94 leads on to both the S3 expressway that runs along the entire western border of the country and also to the Wrocław Motorway Bypass, which connects the A4 motorway with the S5 and S8 expressways. This, in turn, gives access to Poznań, Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków and the Czech and German borders. Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate is also 10 km from an international airport.

Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate is a two-building complex (17,600 sqm and 29,300 sqm) and will have an eventual build out of 46,900 sqm, developed in line with BREEAM certification. The developer is also implementing numerous energy-saving and wellbeing solutions for the user. The park is found near the village of Miękinia in the Średzki administrative district.
