Zeitraum has opened a new student residence at Racławicka 58 in Kraków’s Krowodrza district. The building offers 249 rooms (289 beds), mostly private studios with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. Flexible lease terms allow stays from one month to a full year.
“The residence at Racławicka was designed from the ground up to meet the evolving needs of young people who often balance studies with work. They need a quiet, affordable space that supports their lifestyle,” said Zdena Noack, CEO of Zeitraum Student Housing.
Residents have access to shared amenities under the “Chill & Thrill” concept, which offers both relaxing and more active spaces. Facilities include a yoga room with a terrace, a game room, a gym, a spacious chill room, shared kitchens, and a laundry. A central “adventure board” in the lobby encourages students to explore the city and connect with each other.
Rooms come fully furnished, featuring custom-designed furniture, bright finishes, and warm materials to create a calm, homely atmosphere. “We see students as young adults who value the space they live in. Our design reflects this respect for their needs,” added Zdena Noack.
The location ensures connectivity to major universities, with the nearby Łobzów railway station just 4 minutes from Kraków Główny. Bookings for the upcoming academic year starting in September 2025 are already open.
The project was developed by Zeitgeist Asset Management, the parent company of Zeitraum.
