Logistics company Uniq Logistic is moving into the Reino IO Łódź warehouse on Ofiar Terroryzmu Avenue in Widzew. The tenant will occupy more than 12,000 sqm of warehouse space. Uniq Logistic was represented in the negotiation process by Axi Immo.

Colliers has taken over the management of three office buildings in regional cities – Carbon Tower in Wrocław, Ocean Office Park A and Tischnera Office in Kraków – with total area of 66,000 sqm.

On the supply side, on the other hand, the new policy of investment financing by banks in the coming quarters will bring the announced cooling down in the construction of new projects. This trend may particularly affect speculatively built warehouses, which at the end of September 2022 accounted for about 52% of the 4 million sqm of space currently under construction. Axi Immo presented data summarizing Q3 2022 in the industrial and logistics market.

Institutional investors have subscribed to bonds of Echo Investment with a total value of PLN 180 million (€38.4 million). The developer will use the funds raised to redeem existing bonds and strengthen the company's leadership position in the Polish real estate market.

Warsaw II is a complex of buildings that the company is acquiring as part of the implementation of the Logistics Network Architecture strategic project. The halls will be ready at the end of 2023. Panattoni will deliver the facility.

Colliers has taken over the management of more office buildings belonging to a joint venture of Investika realitní fond and Bud Holdings – Łużycka Office Park, and Łużycka Plus located in Gdynia. Thus, six office projects in the Tri-City have already come under the care of Colliers' management. Experts from the company's regional office will additionally be responsible for supporting the owner in the property’s commercialisation.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is extending a €30 million mezzanine loan facility to DL Invest Group, a Polish real estate developer and investor focused on commercial real estate. The mezzanine loan will support the development of sustainable industrial and logistics real estate projects in Polish regions.
