Zeitgeist Asset Management is deepening its cooperation with the Reico Nemovitostní investment fund, managed by the Reico Erste Asset Management investment company. Zeitgeist is taking over the complete management of another rental housing project.
Two new residential buildings within the British Quarter in Prague's Stodůlky are being constructed by the development company Finep. Zeitgeist will take care of project management as well as subsequent leasing and administration. The expected completion date is in the 3rd quarter of 2027.
“Our job is to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly: from project management to lease setup to daily operations,” says Peter Noack, co-founder and CEO of Zeitgeist Asset Management, adding that the collaboration follows on from the recently concluded partnership on the Residence Opatov project in Prague 4.
The British Quarter, designed by architectural studio A69, is being built near the Stodůlky “B” metro station as part of the extensive urban concept of Západní Město, which Finep has been developing since 2007. The rental project includes two buildings with four and six floors, with 219 apartments.
