DHL Supply Chain has renewed its lease with Logicor on an improved and extended facility in Racibórz. The c. 10,000 sqm extension now takes the facility to c. 32,000 sqm.

Panattoni has completed the €160 million sale of a portfolio of five fully-let logistics parks in Poland covering a total of 230,000 sqm GLA, to a North American real estate investment manager buyer.

Panattoni has completed a BTS project for Solaris Bus & Coach in Bolechowo. The 10,000 sqm warehouse has been built next to the company’s existing factory and will play a key role in the parts and sub-assembly supply chain for the production of Solaris vehicles. The buildings have been connected with roads and utilities and Panattoni has additionally reinforced the roof to mount 260 kWp of solar cells.

The project of Echo Investment, which obtained the occupancy permit earlier this year, was sold for over €100 million. In another deal, three office buildings in Fuzja Łódź project were acquired by KGAL Group, an independent investment and asset manager, for over €56 million.
