The global provider of logistics and relocation services has renewed its lease for space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park for another term. Universal Express moved into the logistics centre almost a decade ago, and now occupies 13,600 sqm of modern space.

MLP Group has renewed its lease contract with Universal Express, a global provider of logistics and relocation services, for another term. Universal Express currently occupies a total of 13,600 sqm of modern space within the MLP Pruszków II logistics park, the largest warehouse complex in the region. This includes 460 sqm of office space, with the remaining space used for warehousing purposes.

"We take great satisfaction in the daily appreciation shown by our tenants. The vast majority of them consistently renew their leases, committing to us for many years. What keeps them here is not just the high standard of the space we provide and our excellent location, but also our dedication to fostering collaborative and equitable partnerships. In line with our strategy, all of our new projects undergo BREEAM certification. We apply solutions that benefit the natural environment and enhance employee comfort", said Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board and Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.

MLP Pruszków II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszków. With a target leasable space of 420,000 sqm, it is the region’s largest logistics complex. All new buildings have been awarded the BREEAM certification. In line with MLP Group’s ESG strategy, solar PV systems are mounted on rooftops. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities.

The park is located between local road No. 760 and the A2 motorway, three kilometres from the junction in the Pruszków-Żbików area. The international railway lines located in the hub’s vicinity make for good logistics conditions both for domestic and international distribution.
