As of 1 June 1 2022, the Board of Directors of NEPI Rockcastle has decided to permanently appoint Rüdiger Dany as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Eliza Predoiu as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The buildings, belonging to Cavatina Holding, one of Poland's largest office developers, offer a total of nearly 66 thousand sqm of GLA, and their average lease rate is at the level of approx. 90%. The planned buy/sell deal is another portfolio transaction of Cavatina Group, which in 2020 sold three Equal Business Park office buildings (A, B and C).

Savills has opened an office in Tricity led by Piotr Skuza. The Savills Gdańsk office will deliver advisory services to tenants, investors and landlords of office, retail, industrial and warehouse properties and the PRS sector. Savills experts will provide assistance in office and warehouse lease transactions, property and land acquisition, as well as technical advisory and property management.

GLP announced that its fourth logistics project in Mazovia has been completed. Totalling 35,500 sqm, the latest building – GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre – is located just beyond the eastern boundary of Warsaw, next to the Kobyłka Junction of Expressway S8, offering an alternative to city warehouses.

Both Polish and international companies are reporting a growing demand for modern data centres. Korean logistics company Unico Logistics has leased 11,250 sqm of space in the newly built hall at BIK Park Wrocław. The investment carried out by Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych near Wrocław will provide a total of 22,500 sqm of modern warehouse space. The commissioning of the ready-made facility is planned for September this year. The offer also includes free warehouse modules for rent.

EPP has finalised the sale of its 70% stake in the Towarowa 22 mixed-use project in Warsaw to AFI Europe. It is historically one of the largest land transactions in Poland in terms of value, with the total plot value exceeding €180 million.

EPP, the largest asset manager of retail real estate in Poland, implemented a sustainable development strategy in 2021. The company aims to conduct its business in a responsible and transparent way while reducing its environmental impact and strengthening its social commitment. Following the strategy, EPP has set targets for the years 2022-2025 and is launching its first report, giving its ESG achievements to date the framework of GRI international reporting and EPRA standards.
