Panattoni is expanding its portfolio of locations in the Kraków region. In Niepołomice, the developer has commenced construction of Panattoni Park Kraków East IV, which will be completed in May 2024. Omega Pilzno - a Polish logistics operator - has already leased the entire space.


Omega Pilzno has a significant customer base in the region, so the new, large premises in Niepołomice will allow it to improve its service and optimise transport. The investment is being built near the Niepołomice Junction of the A4 highway, just 8 km from Kraków, which allows efficient customer service right in the capital of Małopolska."Niepołomice is one of the most attractive locations in the region for industrial real estate, and leasing the entire space of Panattoni Park Kraków East IV confirms its strategic importance for certain industries. Lesser Poland needs more such centres to meet the demand for modern industrial space, so we plan further investments in Niepołomice and throughout the province," comments Filip Noworól, Senior Leasing Manager at Panattoni.

Omega Pilzno will benefit from an 18,100 sqm. As part of the development, the developer will deliver an office segment with a total area of 400 sqm. Completion is expected as early as May 2024, and the company will gain early access to the leased space in April. 

"Expanding our logistics offering to new markets is part of our long-standing business strategy, and Małopolska is a natural expansion direction for Omega Pilzno. This is yet another modern warehouse in our portfolio, which will offer space for clients, but also become a well-connected transport base for our fleet of trucks. Małopolska is currently a key junction connecting east and west (A4), and soon - thanks to the S7 road - it will also be a gateway to the northern regions of our country. The region, therefore, has great potential. In addition, the nearby Kraków agglomeration provides easy access to skilled workers, which is also extremely important," explains Arkadiusz Kurpiel, commercial director for contract logistics at Omega Pilzno.

In Panattoni Park Kraków East IV, Omega Pilzno will benefit from a range of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, and the entire facility will receive BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The investment will provide very good access to the A4 motorway. "Adapting the entire park to the needs of Omega Pilzno, while at the same time having a short lead time, confirms our flexibility and partnership approach to the business," concludes Filip Noworól of Panattoni.

  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
