Savills has been appointed as property manager for the Lakeside office complex, developed by Atenor in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

Lakeside is an office building of approximately 24,000 sqm located near the junction of Puławska and Rzymowskiego streets. Designed by Grupa 5 Architekci, it is distinguished by its architecture and location - by a lake and in green surroundings. Lakeside will provide tenants with multiple amenities such as a canteen and a café, many end-of-trip cycling facilities and an electric cars and other vehicles charging stations.

Another key advantage of Lakeside is that it has been BREEAM pre-certified with an Outstanding rating and WELL pre-certified at the GOLD level.  Atenor claims it pays special attention to the energy efficiency of its projects, which is why every effort was made to ensure that the primary energy demand in Lakeside complies with taxonomy requirements.

“Our mission at Atenor is to respond to the evolving requirements of urban and professional living through sustainable urban planning and innovative design. Lakeside perfectly embodies this philosophy - it is a unique business centre that combines an intimate vibe and an excellent employee experience for future tenants,” says Mariusz Aleksandrowicz, Project Director, Atenor Poland.

“Lakeside is yet another project in Warsaw’s Mokotów district which we are honoured to manage. We very much look forward to drawing on our expertise and experience in this rapidly growing location to provide professional property management for this innovative project in our office portfolio. I am confident that Savills team, with its strong skills base, will be able to meet the expectations of both the investor and future tenants,” says Wioletta Nowotnik, Head of Office Property Management, Savills.
