Panattoni is expanding Panattoni Park Kielce, with a fourth building spanning 13,000 sqm. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, and two lease agreements have already been signed.

The central location between Warsaw and Kraków, combined with access to key national transport routes, is strengthening the importance of Kielce and the Świętokrzyskie region on Poland's logistics map. Panattoni was the first developer to introduce modern Class A space to this market, contributing to its growing attractiveness for logistics, manufacturing, and e-commerce companies.

"Panattoni recognised the potential of the Świętokrzyskie region at an early stage of its development. Today, Kielce is becoming an important hub on the national distribution network map," says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.

The first tenant is an automotive distributor that has leased over 4,700 sqm, including 800 sqm of office space. The second tenant – a logistics operator – will take up 4,800 sqm, of which 800 sqm will be offices. The company is expanding its operations in the region, moving to a Class A warehouse that will offer higher storage standards and allow it to run cross-dock operations.

Panattoni Park Kielce will ultimately comprise four buildings totalling approximately 68,000 sqm. The complex is located at the administrative boundary of Kielce, 6 km from the city centre, along the Warsaw–Kraków route and near the Kielce Zachód junction.
