Industrial developer Panattoni has sold the 33,000 sqm Panattoni Park Rzeszów Airport III logistics park to an international group focused on industrial infrastructure and an investment fund. This marks the developer's second disposal in Rzeszów this quarter.

"The sale confirms the attractiveness of assets that combine strategic location, sustainable standards, and long-term value for tenants and investors," says Marek Dobrzycki, Partner at Panattoni. "Rzeszów is becoming one of the most promising markets in Poland, and this transaction reflects that perfectly."

The fully leased complex comprises two buildings totalling over 33,000 sqm. One is a build-to-suit facility for a logistics operator, while the second serves companies from logistics, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors, plus public institutions. The investment holds Breeam Excellent certification.

The park sits between the A4 motorway and Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport, providing access to transport corridors to Wrocław, Kraków, and Lviv. "This transaction confirms the maturity of the Polish industrial market," says Michał Stanisławski, Co-Head of Capital Markets Poland at Panattoni.

Panattoni has delivered more than 330,000 sqm of industrial space in the Podkarpackie region with an additional 110,000 sqm under construction. All facilities in this market are fully leased.
