Crestyl Group has secured a €185 million medium-term refinancing package for its Dock In Office Park in Prague, jointly underwritten by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) and Helaba. The transaction capitalises on the lenders' long-term involvement with the Prague 8 commercial development. Prior to this agreement, both pbb and Helaba successfully provided the financing for all five individual phases of the waterfront office park.

Leasing transactions for modern office space in Bucharest increased by 14% in Q1 2026 compared to the same period last year, while new demand rose by 24%. However, the market remains below pre-pandemic levels, according to Colliers data.

Administrative costs for modern office buildings in Romania are set to rise by approximately 10% in 2026 compared to last year, according to Colliers. The increases stem from higher property taxes, inflation and rising wages, with utility costs excluded as these are typically billed separately.

Skanska has announced that the second phase of the H2Offices complex in Budapest has reached structural completion. With more than 22,000 sqm of office space, the development is moving into the next stage of construction and remains on track for completion in Q1 2027.
