Mendota Invest, member of the OTP Group and investor behind the Emonika development in Ljubljana, has signed a contract with Strabag for the execution of the southern section of the project. The southern part of Emonika with a contract value of €134 million will feature a 100-metre-high office tower, a shopping centre, a hotel and four levels of underground parking.

Cavatina Holding has signed a €270 million credit agreement with a consortium of European banks, in what it says is the largest office portfolio refinancing transaction in the history of Poland’s regional markets. The company announced the deal on LinkedIn.

A new CBRE survey reveals a persistent gap between employer expectations and employee office attendance across Europe. While 54% of companies require office presence at least 3 days per week, only 42% actually achieve this target. HB Reavis has completed a €510 million refinancing of Varso Place, its flagship Warsaw development, with two new banks joining the credit consortium. The financing increased by €35 million from the previous €475 million loan on improved terms.
