CPI Property Group (CPIPG) is developing its myoffice service, providing flexible serviced offices in key Warsaw locations. The offering, which currently spans five Warsaw buildings, will soon expand with new space in Myhive Crown Tower.

Czech investment group SPM has acquired Campus Science Park, a business complex in Brno, from Corebridge Real Estate Investors (CREI). The complex was developed in phases by CREI in partnership with developer White Star Real Estate.

Skanska has agreed to sell the Port7 office complex in Prague's Holešovice district to AFI Group, in a deal worth CZK 3.16 billion (approximately €130 million).

Poland's regional city office markets remained stable in the Q3 2025, though new supply continued to be constrained. According to the latest report from BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, developers remain cautious, while tenants are focused on lease renegotiations and optimising their office footprints.

CA Immo reported strong operational performance for the first nine months of 2025, with net rental income rising 4% to €155 million despite ongoing sales of non-strategic properties. At the same time, the company achieved recurring earnings (FFO I) of €93.3 million, up 8% year-on-year.

CA Immo has sold to Conseq Group the 42,300 sqm office building Kavci Hori Office Park in Prague in line with book value as part of its strategic capital rotation programme to focus on modern office properties in core markets.

Only 26,300 sqm of new office space will be completed in Prague this year, the lowest figure in the past decade. Although construction activity has slowed significantly, the total volume of projects under construction remains strong at 244,200 sqm across 17 buildings at the end of the third quarter, according to data by Colliers Czech Republic.
