MLP Group has kicked off the development of MLP Business Park Poznan complex, comprising three office and warehouse facilities with a combined leasable area of 14,000 sqm.

Poland's property investment market recorded €4.5 billion in transaction volume during 2025, representing a 13% year-on-year decline. Despite the lower total, the market demonstrated stability with 151 transactions completed, broadly in line with the previous year's 154 deals, according to a report by Avison Young.

Skanska has sold the second building of the Equilibrium office complex in Bucharest to Magyar Posta Takarék Real Estate Investment Fund (MPTIA), a public real estate fund managed by Gránit Asset Management.

The commercial real estate investment market totalled approximately €525 million in 2025, and transaction volumes this year are projected to hit the €800 million mark, according to Colliers Romania data.

GTC has finalised a three-year electricity purchase agreement under a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) structure with green energy trader Ekovoltis. As a result, all GTC office buildings and shopping centres in Poland will be powered predominantly by electricity sourced directly from renewable energy providers.

The total office stock in regional Polish markets reached 6.72 million sqm at the end of Q4 2025, according to the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (Pink). 

The office vacancy rate in Prague dropped to 5.9% in Q4 2025, the lowest level since the beginning of 2020, according to the Prague Research Forum. Despite limited new supply of just 26,600 sqm in 2025, gross take-up reached 573,200 sqm, standing 8% above the five-year average.

Business Park Sofia, the largest office park in CEE, is undergoing a transformation into a mixed-use destination called The Park District.

Investment group Natland has bought the Bajkalská office project in Bratislava from Prvá stavebná sporiteľňa (PSS) for an undisclosed price.

Speedwell has entered the development stage of Queens District, a mixed-use project in northern Bucharest. The development will deliver 237 apartments and 22,500 sqm of zero-carbon offices.
