Skanska has begun construction of Nowy Rynek C, the final part of a modern office complex in central Poznań. The building will be Poland's first commercial office building with net-zero CO₂ emissions at operational level and will be completely independent from the city's district heating network.

The European real estate industry has shifted from cautious optimism to pragmatism as geopolitical and economic uncertainty continues to temper investment activity, according to the latest report by PwC and the Urban Land Institute.

According to the latest Savills report, the supply of modern office space in Poland's eight largest regional cities reached 6.73 million sqm. Between January and September, only 18,000 sqm of office space was delivered - 76% less than in the same period of 2024.
