CeMat A/S has signed a contract with FineTech Construction as general contractor for Moje Bielany 3, a new building forming part of the mixed-use Moje Bielany development on ul. Wólczyńska in Warsaw's Bielany district. Construction work is scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The building will comprise 127 apartments, three ground-floor retail and service units, and an underground car park. The combined usable area of the residential and commercial sections will be approximately 6,300 sqm. The general contractor has 20 months from the start of construction to complete and hand over the building.
FineTech Construction also carried out the first phase of Moje Bielany, which includes 105 apartments and approximately 1,300 sqm of retail and service space. All apartments have been sold or reserved, and the ground-floor units are fully let to tenants including Biedronka, Maxi Zoo and a restaurant operator.

Our specialists, supported by our own design and prefabrication facilities, allow us to deliver quality and on-time completion."
Moje Bielany is a multi-phase residential and commercial project developed by the CeMat Group. The investor's plans also include Moje Bielany 2, with around 105 apartments totalling more than 5,000 sqm of usable area, and a self-storage facility offering approximately 3,100 sqm of rentable space. CeMat A/S is a Danish holding company operating in two segments: development of residential and commercial projects, and asset management covering its property portfolio including self-storage and flexible warehouse units.
