REDPORT and Dan Șucu have launched Infinity Nord, a mixed-use residential development on a site of more than 4.6 hectares in the Străulești-Dămăroaia area of northern Bucharest. The project, the largest in REDPORT's portfolio, will deliver approximately 1,200 homes across three successive phases, alongside retail, wellness and community spaces. Auchan and World Class have already signed pre-lease agreements covering approximately 95% of the commercial space in the first phase.
Infinity Nord is positioned in the affordable luxury segment and sits alongside The Level Apartments and Vitality Est in REDPORT's portfolio. The company, founded by Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, holds a development portfolio exceeding €450 million. Dan Șucu, founder of Mobexpert and majority shareholder in the project, is partnering with REDPORT, bringing experience in design, furniture and living-space fit-out. Under the REDPORT x Mobexpert concept, apartments will be delivered semi-furnished, with kitchen and wardrobe included in the purchase price.
"A project of this scale is not built only with good plans, but with trust, vision and partners who look in the same direction. Infinity Nord will add value to the area and will remain relevant for the city for many years to come," said Dan Șucu, majority shareholder in Infinity Nord and founder of Mobexpert.
"For us, this launch has a special significance. Infinity Nord is the project that best expresses how REDPORT sees the responsibility of a developer and the role a company can play in transforming the city," said Cosmin Savu-Cristescu, CEO and founder of REDPORT. He added that strong pre-sale demand and the pre-leases with Auchan and World Class show that "Infinity Nord is already starting to function as an ecosystem, before the first homes are delivered."
The Străulești-Dămăroaia area benefits from established infrastructure, proximity to metro stations, educational institutions and green spaces. REDPORT describes Infinity Nord as part of a broader strategic shift from individual developments to complete urban ecosystems designed to generate value for both residents and the wider community.
