The data is sourced from advisory companies from the commercial real estate sector (Axi Immo, BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Newmark Poland and Savills) and includes information on modern warehouse stock, new completions, space under construction, take-up, and vacancy levels.

Panattoni has secured financing for the first phase of Panattoni Park Poznań XIV — a logistics project underway in Głuchowo, near Poznań. The €9.1 million loan was provided by Santander Bank Polska.

Kajima Europe completed the sale of its prime logistics scheme in Zabrze, Poland. Generali Group acquired the asset in December 2024. The price has not been revealed.

The joint venture between Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, and Peakside Capital Advisors announces the start of construction for City Point Okęcie, an urban logistics facility spanning over 11,000 sqm and located near Warsaw Chopin Airport. The completion date is anticipated for the summer of 2025, with Depenbrock Polska appointed as general contractor.

MDC2 has announced the commencement of the development of an industrial and logistics park - MDC2 Park Gdańsk East in Koszwały near Gdańsk. It will offer 84,000 sqm in the first phase within a single building. The project is located on the S7 expressway, directly at the Żuławy Zachód junction.
