Forestay Group has acquired the Corner6 Business Center, an A-category office building located in downtown Budapest, for an undisclosed sum.
The property comprises approximately 6,300 sqm of fully leased office space. The seven-storey Corner6 office building features a rooftop terrace, a gallery level, and a multi-level underground parking garage, including bicycle storage.
The buyer is the Forestay V. Real Estate Development Fund, managed by Forestay Alapkezelő Zrt. The acquisition was financed by OTP Bank Nyrt. Taylor Wessing and iO Partners advised the buyer during the transaction.
Located in one of Budapest's central districts, Corner6 Business Center benefits from accessibility. The asset aligns with Forestay Group's focus on long-term value creation, with a portfolio of more than 1,000 hotel rooms and 2,000 residential development units.
