Panattoni presented its investment financing for 2023. In Poland, the company obtained 29 bank loans for development projects worth a combined sum of more than €800 million.

Romanian developer Transilvania Construcții has completed a new logistics park spanning close to 25,000 sqm in Bacău. With this newly delivered project, the company’s industrial and logistics portfolio has reached 250,000 sqm.

Blackbrook Capital has announced that it secured a lease with a European leader in contract logistics with expertise in the e-commerce and textile sectors, for its facility in Poznań, Western Poland.

GLP announced has successfully acquired two logistics warehouses spanning a combined area of 37,600 sqm in Janki near Warsaw. The price has not been disclosed.

7R will introduce a battery energy storage unit at 7R Park Wrocław West II. This innovative solution is unprecedented in facilities of this type. It will allow for storing the energy and, consequently, a significant reducing of the carbon footprint.
