The GTC Poland leasing team is joined by four new experts: Łukasz Jarzyło as Head of Office Leasing, Agnieszka Kuehn, Michał Kubicz and Maciej Łyszczyński as Senior Leasing Managers.

Andreea Păun, Managing Partner of Griffes, spoke with Property Forum about the outlook of rents and new office developments in Bucharest as well as the demand trends. This year, Griffes aims to close 10% more leasing deals with a combined value of more than €20 million.

Hungarian property developer and investor Indotek Group has appointed Tamás Simon as the new Sales and Leasing Director. He will be responsible for leasing spaces in offices, warehouses and logistics centres managed by the Group. He will continue to oversee the leasing activities of the retail centres owned by Indotek. 

Property developer Skanska has named Anamaria Crețu and Tamara Guleryuz as Leasing & Asset Managers for the Romanian portfolio. The roles contribute to the growth of the business and the improvement of the experience offered to clients and occupiers of buildings.

Savills has been appointed as sole letting agent for office space in CUBE Office Park in Gdańsk and Górki 7 in Poznań, both managed by TFG Asset Management.

The annualized rate of new demand for offices in Bucharest is comparable to the value recorded in 2019, even though it is about a third below the record volume of 2017, according to research by real estate consultancy Colliers.

Edina Magó will step up as Marketing Director and Nikoletta Ispánki will join the company as Commercial Director. The new appointments will strengthen the focus to enhance the growing markets.

Multi Forum is a multi-tasking facility management application developed for Multi Corporation by a Dutch proptech startup. Data from several Multi managed shopping centres across Europe shows efficiency benefits. The Multi Forum app is now used in five out of the six shopping centres managed by Multi in Poland.

Adventum Group has entrusted JLL advisors with the commercialisation of the retail and service section of the Sky Tower multifunctional complex in Wrocław.

The vacancy rate in Bucharest’s office market remained flat at 16.5% in the first quarter of 2022, similar to last year, although there is a growing gap between Class A projects and older buildings in areas with lower demand, according to real estate consultancy Colliers.
