Industrial developer CTP reported net rental income growth of 15.4% year-on-year to €549 million in the first nine months of 2025. The company achieved like-for-like rental growth of 4.5%, driven by indexation and lease renewals.

According to the latest Savills report, the supply of modern office space in Poland's eight largest regional cities reached 6.73 million sqm. While the market shows signs of stabilisation, new supply has slowed significantly. Between January and September, only 18,000 sqm of office space was delivered - 76% less than in the same period of 2024.

Budapest's office market saw a robust third quarter in 2025, driven by strong demand and a significant year-on-year increase in net take-up. Despite no new office space being delivered, the market showed resilience, with notable activity on the Váci Corridor submarket, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF).

The Polish Commercial Real Estate Chamber (PINK) published data on Warsaw's office rental market for Q3 2025. By the end of September 2025, modern office space resources in Warsaw exceeded 6.245 million sqm, with the capital's market adding one office project during the third quarter.

Panattoni has leased nearly 15,500 sqm at Panattoni Park Szczecin Trzebusz II to Rohlig Suus Logistics. The logistics operator will move into the first building of the complex, with an area of 25,500 sqm, whose construction began in August this year.

Industrial developer VGP has started the construction on VGP Park Bucharest 2, a new industrial and logistics project with a leasable area of around 114,000 sqm.

Industrial developer CTP is exploring opportunities to enter the Vietnamese market, in response to a significant increase in demand from the company’s Asian clients.

Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) signed 48 lease agreements in Poland in the first half of 2025, covering more than 211,000 sqm. Lease extensions accounted for 68.5% of the space, tenant expansions for 28.8% and new leases for 2.7%. Following these transactions, the company’s Polish portfolio reached an occupancy rate of 96%.

ETC Swarzędz, a shopping centre owned by Capital Park Group, has reached 97% occupancy, making it one of the best-leased retail properties in the Wielkopolska region. The high level of commercialisation reflects the centre’s stable position in the local market and its appeal to both tenants and customers.

In the first half of 2025, CPI Property Group (CPIPG), owner and manager of 23 shopping centres and retail parks across Poland, signed 78 retail lease agreements – including new contracts and extensions – for a total of 14,900 sqm.
