Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as the leasing agent for office space in Karolkowa Business Park, located in Warsaw’s Wola district.

Bucharest’s office stock topped 3 million sqm at the end of the first half, with more than 250,000 sqm of new spaces slated for delivery by the end of next year, according to a report by Colliers.

The Q1 2021 results of the RICS Global Commercial Property Monitor indicate a slightly less negative market sentiment across Europe compared to the previous quarter. Real estate group Immofinanz says it has concluded a long-term rental contract for roughly 11,000 sqm with healthcare services provider Provita Group.
