Despite the not-very-encouraging forecasts made by experts at the end of 2022, the office market in the Kyiv region in 2023 demonstrated stability and strengthening demand. Iryna Nastych talked to market experts and summarised the situation in an article prepared by the Ukrainian Real Estate Club for Property Forum  

CTP has signed a lease agreement with PKV BUILD, a leading player in energy consulting. Leased premises are currently being built by CTP at its Vlněna office complex in Brno, Czech Republic.

CTP has leased approximately 40,000 sqm at CTPark Ostrava Hrušov in the Czech Republic to Vitesco Technologies. The company has operated a high-tech R&D centre nearby at CTPark Ostrava for the past 10 years.

The Prague Research Forum – CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, iO Partners, Knight Frank and Savills – has shared an updated Prague office market insight. Figures and data for Q4 2023 have confirmed a cautious approach both from developers and tenants.

CTP is developing a new 71,000 sqm industrial and logistics building at CTPark Žatec in the Czech Republic. A portion of 18,000 sqm has been leased to Fiege, a logistics and transport services provider in Europe.

European developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate VGP has just handed over space in Hall A of VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City to two tenants.

Dm-drogerie markt has signed an agreement to lease new warehouse space in Prologis Park Prague-D1 Ostředek. The new dm distribution centre will cover an area of 21,000 sqm and will also include offices. 

Industrial developer CTP recorded a net rental income of €268.3 million in the first half of 2023, which was up by 26.8% compared to the same period of last year, while the volume of new leases also rose.
