ViaPharma has signed a 20-year lease agreement with the developer CTP for two Czech CTParks. CTP will prepare and hand over the premises, with a total area of almost 27,000 sqm and several specific modifications for the pharmaceutical industry, at the end of 2023.

Investment transactions in Romania’s commercial property market totaled €120 million in Q1 2023, which was almost double compared to the same period of last year. The deal volume was driven by industrial and office projects, according to a Colliers report.

IRE-TEX Praha, which designs, manufactures, and supplies packaging solutions, is moving part of its production, warehouse and offices to new premises in the Fáblovka industrial zone in Pardubice from October 2023. Logistics operators accounted for approximately 50% of the Q1 2023 demand for industrial spaces in Romania which totaled 330,000 sqm, up 10% year-on-year, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. 

Belgian developer Speedwell has started the construction works for the second phase of development for SpacePlus West project, near Bucharest. The new development will have a leasable area of 7,000 sqm, while the whole project will reach 10,000 sqm.

MLP Group has successfully placed €29 million worth of bonds with 36 investors in a public offering intended for qualified buyers. The transaction was arranged and conducted by mBank. The Warsaw office of global law firm Taylor Wessing provided legal advice to MLP Group, and mBank was advised by CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.
