Industrial and logistics developer Panattoni has delivered Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV, which comprises three buildings with a total area of 110,000 sqm. The project has been fully leased out to companies specialized in production, logistics and FMCG

The park is the first to be developed by Panattoni in the western part of the city. The location provides easy access to Toruń and Grudziądz and has good road connections, including with the region’s cargo airport.

“Bydgoszcz continues to show the huge potential it holds for many different industries. Between 2021 and 2022, we recorded 70% of the demand since the beginning of our operations for our space in this location and it is proving so hugely attractive because of the location of the city, which is the region’s largest business and logistics centre,” says Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Panattoni’s Managing Director.

The developer said that all the buildings in the park have been certified under BREEAM for a rating of Excellent. Within the complex, additional facilities are planned including reinforced roofs for the installation of PV panels and charging stations for electric vehicles.
