In Romania, CTP aims to complete the construction of its new buildings with a total area of 300,000 sqm by the end of 2021 and the investments dedicated to these projects will reach €200 million.

MAN Truck & Bus Center, located in Małopole near Warsaw, has been sold by 7R to Interpierre Europe Centrale fund, managed by PAREF Gestion, part of PAREF Group, a global investment and asset management company. The seller was represented by Avison Young's investment team throughout the transaction.

This year, P3 will focus on offering clients facilities constructed on a built-to-suit basis. On a site adjacent to highway D6 near Prague, the industrial developer is ready to start building 17,000 sqm of warehouse space immediately. The Kellogg Company, a producer of ready-to-eat cereals and snacks, has renegotiated its existing lease agreement and expanded its warehouse footprint in Kutno to 28,000 sqm. The tenant was represented by Cresa. The developer of the facility is Panattoni, which specializes in BTS projects.

NIPÜF Group has completed its latest warehouse development in its Pécs industrial park, located in Southern Hungary. A long-term lease agreement had been signed for the facility, which comprises nearly 11,000 square meters. The investment volume exceeded €6.8 million (HUF 2.5 billion). The total area of logistics space developed by NIPÜF nationwide is 168,000 square meters.

VGP has launched the construction works for a new technological park near South Bohemian metropolis. VGP Park České Budějovice will be located in a commercial zone named Světlík directly at the edge of the city with excellent road and public transport links to the city centre and direct access to the D3 motorway connecting Prague with the Austrian city of Linz. On a land area of about 37 hectares, the site will offer more than 126,000 sqm of lettable area suitable for logistics and light manufacturing.
