Industrial developer CTP will expand its project in Craiova with a new warehouse of 13,500 sqm that has been fully leased. Following the new investment slated for completion by the end of 2022, the total leasable surface will climb to 53,500 sqm.

French real estate group Catinvest will add 5,500 sqm retail space, 1,200 sqm for a shared open-air terrace for the food court and a new playground of 500 sqm in Electroputere Mall, located in Craiova. 

French property group Catinvest has opened a second mixed-use building within its Electroputere Parc project based in Craiova. 

Masterbuild, the Romanian developer and construction firm, says it has started works for the research centre TGA Technologies for Green Aviation in Craiova with a total investment of more than €17 million. 

French real estate group Catinvest says it obtained the building permits to start the expansion of Craiova-based Electroputere Mall. The company will extent the food court with five new restaurants and add 5,500 sqm of retail spaces. 

French real estate group Catinvest has opened the first Class A office building in Craiova, Romania. The new offices of Electroputere Parc are part of the mixed-use building covering 12,300 sqm that has been completed this year and another similar building with 12,700 sqm is set to be completed in Q2 2021. The total investment cost amounts to €39 million.

NEPI Rockcastle has announced the acquisition of a 200,000 sqm land in Craiova and plans to construct one of the biggest retail projects in the region of Oltenia. The value of the investment is estimated at approximately €110 million and the construction will start after obtaining all the necessary approvals.

Element Industrial announced the development of a 60,000 sqm logistics park in the Romanian city of Craiova. The company will build the €35 million industrial project on an 11-hectare plot of land, near the south ring road of the city, with direct access to the E70 road. The developer plans to deliver ELI PARK Craiova in three phases.

Romanian developer Zacaria Group will invest €28 million in a business park in the city of Craiova. OTP Bank Romania will provide financing for the 53,000 sqm project.

French real estate group Catinvest plans to expand Electroputere Parc, the company’s shopping mall in Craiova, by 9,200 sqm. The group has also started the construction of an additional mixed-use building which will comprise 12,000 sqm of retail space, 15,000 sqm of Class A office space and over 700 underground parking spaces. Total investment in will exceed €70 million by the end of 2018.
