Hercesa Romania has announced the launch of sales for Vivenda Prime, a new residential project in Eastern Bucharest comprising 105 apartments. 

The Bellemonde residential complex in Pipera, near Bucharest, is recording growth in sales for its villas and apartments.

Avico Group has reached structural completion for its Univery residential project located in Budapest’s District VIII and aims to deliver the building in Q1 2025.

Asking prices for homes in Romania fell on average by 0.6% in April compared to the previous month to €1,425 per sqm, according to data from Imobiliare.ro. 

Alesonor said it would kick off the development of Agora, the facilities component of the Amber Forest residential complex, which includes commercial, medical and sports investments. The developer has already secured a partnership with Pescariu Sports and has leased the first commercial space in the complex located near Bucharest.

Romanian developer STC Partners has secured bank financing from Banca Transilvania for the first phase of Quartier Azuga residential project in Bucharest worth €6 million. 

All apartments in the AFIHome Třebešín rental project in Prague 3 are now fully leased. All tenants of 61 apartments have also moved in, AFI Europe has announced. 

Romanian company Rock Development has started the construction of the second phase of Avrig Park Residence in Bucharest with an investment budget of €23 million. 

Prices of homes in Romania fell by an average of 1.8% in Q3 2022 compared to Q2 2022, although in large regional cities such as Timișoara, Brașov and Iași the prices continued to grow in this period, according to property platform Imobiliare.ro. 

Property developer Gran Via Real Estate will invest €26 million in expanding the Gran Via Marina residential project in Constanța with two new blocks of flats that include 190 apartments.
