How did you decide to expand Bellemonde with an additional 80 new homes, and what types of properties will this new phase include?
The decision to expand Bellemonde with an additional 80 new homes is a natural progression for a project that has already proven its success in the premium residential market. From the very beginning, Bellemonde was envisioned as a scalable community concept, capable of adapting to increasing market demand for gated communities offering exclusive amenities due to their social and security benefits. The upcoming phase of Bellemonde will add 4 single-family houses, 34 duplexes, and 42 townhouses to the development. To elevate the living experience further, the project will expand its recreational facilities by adding a 1,620 sqm leisure area, complete with a multi-purpose sports field, green relaxation zones, and a new outdoor swimming pool.
What were the key drivers for Bellemonde to introduce the "ready to move-in" home concept?

More and more individuals-particularly those relocating from abroad, upgrading their lifestyle, or seeking investment opportunities-are looking for turnkey solutions that minimize the time and effort typically associated with interior design, furnishing, and fit-out. Bellemande is being developed in a single, unified construction phase, with all 164 residential units being built simultaneously. This integrated approach allows for consistency in execution, streamlined project management, and a cohesive community experience from the start. The units are scheduled for delivery in H2 2026, aligning with our commitment to both quality and timely completion.
As for the expansion, construction is set to begin this fall and will follow an estimated timeline of 18 months. Importantly, the development of the new phase will run in parallel with the completion of the initial 164 units. This strategic overlap ensures that by the time the first residents move into Bellemande, the major structural works related to the expansion will already be finalized.
Given Bellemonde's location in Pipera, how does its proximity to modern amenities, educational facilities, and shopping centers contribute to its appeal for residents?

We are preparing to announce two or even three new residential developments of similar scale in the same area, set to launch in H2 2025. These new projects will build on the experience and market insights gained through all the projects within our portfolio, further elevating the standard of premium living in Romania.
