Asking prices for homes in Romania fell on average by 0.6% in April compared to the previous month to €1,425 per sqm, according to data from Imobiliare.ro.
In Bucharest, prices were down 0.5% to €1,500 per sqm, while in Cluj-Napoca the prices gained 1% to an average of €2,421 per sqm. On the Brașov market, asking prices for apartments fell by 0.4% to €1,590 per sqm, while in Constanța they were up by 0.3% to €1,469 per sqm.

While in Iași prices were up 0.5% to an average of €1,376 per sqm, in Timișoara home prices were flat at €1,465 per sqm.
