Alto Real Estate has launched the second phase of the Florian Residence project in Bratislava's Old Town, with completion planned for Q1 2028

Geosan Development has launched the construction of its largest residential project Re.Start Petynka with 283 apartments and commercial ground floor, while it also kicked off the Benkova Rezidence on Chodov, comprising two boutique "villa-houses" with 40 apartments. The company also completed another phase of building plot development for individual family house construction in Choťánky near Poděbrady and delivered the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov complex in Prague, featuring 101 homes. 

Strabag Real Estate has obtained a building permit for a new residential building in Bratislava's Mlynské Nivy district, located near the Strabag HQ. 

Warsaw investment XYZ Place, located at the junction of Włochy and Mokotów districts, has received its occupancy permit. Matexi Polska will soon begin handing over keys to property owners. The first phase delivered 144 apartments ranging from 28 to 88 sqm, with ready-to-move-in units still available from €588,000.

CPI Europe has completed the acquisition of a residential property portfolio in the Czech Republic, which was announced in August 2025. Known as CPI Byty, the portfolio consists of almost 12,000 apartments, mainly located in the regions of Ústí nad Labem and Liberec, as well as in Třinec and Prague.

Cloud9, part of Alfa Group's real estate division, has begun construction on the second phase of its Cloud9 Evolution residential project in northern Bucharest. The company is investing €80 million in this phase, part of a total €170 million budget for the entire development.

AFI Czech Republic has officially begun construction of its new rental project AFI Home V Korytech in Prague 10 featuring 519 residential units. Construction will proceed in two phases that started simultaneously, with the first phase completing in Q2 2028 and the second a year later. Metrostav DIZ serves as the general contractor.

Crestyl has begun construction of the Kappa residential building at Prague's Hagibor development, located near Želivského metro station. The fifth residential building in the project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, with Metrostav DIZ serving as the general contractor.

Atal has started sales of 90 apartments in phase IIIA of the Zacisze Marcelin estate in Poznań. The residential development in the Marcelin district features ecological solutions, good infrastructure and access to green areas. The estate is characterised by low-rise buildings with only 7-8 apartments each. The architectural project was created by Atal's in-house design studio, with completion planned for Q2 2027.

Wing has acquired a 10,900 sqm development site in Debrecen through its residential brand Living. The company plans to build around 400 modern, energy-efficient apartments in several phases in Hungary's second-largest city. This marks Living's first residential development outside of Budapest, addressing strong demand in the local real estate market.
