Avico Group has reached structural completion for its Univery residential project located in Budapest’s District VIII and aims to deliver the building in Q1 2025.
The six-story Univery features 112 apartments that have a high degree of energy efficiency. The project is close to public transport points and has Semmelweis University (SOTE), Óbuda University, Pázmány Péter Catholic University and Ludovika University of Public Service within walking distance.
"The rehabilitated areas of District VIII continue to develop at a tremendous pace, so there is still a huge demand for apartments in the area, both for owner-occupation and for investment purposes,” said Ákos Rónai, Sales Director of Avico Group.
The group’s domestic portfolio counts close to 4,000 apartments with other projects under development in Budapest.
