VGP, the European company that develops, manages and owns high-quality logistics and semi-industrial real estate, has handed over a 10,000 sqm warehouse building to Boxy Logisztikai Zrt. 

The recently finished Hall 'I' at Airport City Business Park, located at Liszt Ferenc Airport offers a total leasable area of 6,000 sqm and is fully occupied.

Industrial developer CTP has started the construction of CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, the first industrial park with an air cargo terminal in Romania. The project is located close to Oradea Airport and the Eurobusiness II industrial park.

The time capsule of the first hotel in Hungary with direct terminal access was placed at Ferenc Liszt International Airport this week. The 145-room ibis Styles Budapest Airport Hotel featuring conference facilities is scheduled for completion in 18 months.

Budapest Airport and DHL Express have signed a strategic agreement about the development of a new facility for the Deutsche Post DHL Group company in Hungary. This is the second large-scale investment by Budapest Airport and DP DHL, after the latter’s freight forwarding business units moved into a new facility built in the Airport Business Park in 2013.

Wizz Air Hungary Kft., the largest low-cost airline in CEE moved its Budapest headquarters to Laurus Offices in mid-March 2016. Wizz Air is renting nearly 3,200 square meters of office space in building B of the complex, which was developed by Erste Group Immorent Kft., an affiliate of Austria-based Erste Group.
