7R finalised the sale of 7R Park Szczecin and 7R Park Łódź West II. The new owner of the properties became P3 Logistic Parks. The price has not been disclosed.

7R has finalised the sale of 7R City Flex Gdańsk II. The new owner of the warehouse is GLP Europe. The facility comprises 11,000 sqm of space – currently fully leased by leading brands from the food and FMCG sectors. The price has not been disclosed.

7R has started work on 7R Park Wrocław West II. This is the company's first development made in accordance with its new decarbonisation strategy. In this case, carbon dioxide emissions will be reduced by more than 50%.

Nrep, the ESG-focused real estate investor with €19 billion of assets under management, has purchased a controlling stake in Polish industrial developer 7R. Following the deal, Nrep will invest around €200 million of new equity in the company.

7R is preparing to start construction of 7R Park Bytom I. Patron Capital, the pan-European institutional investor focused on property-backed investments, in partnership with 7R, a developer specializing in the construction of warehouses have announced the sale of an approximately 30,000 sqm logistics asset in Goleniów, Poland to an undisclosed institutional investor for €22 million.
