7R, the developer of industrial real estate across Poland and the CEE region, has announced the appointment of Andrzej Wroński as CEO.

7R is embarking on the development of a huge (230,000 sqm) technological and production hub in Nowa Huta. The initial phase, involving soil remediation, is underway, with construction expected to commence later this year.

Since early 2024, 7R has been advancing two projects in Czechia. Both developments have obtained full building permits, underscoring 7R’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the region. Now the developer has also appointed Štefan Bohoš as a new Leasing Manager to strengthen its presence in the Czech Republic.

7R will deliver two more buildings for InPost – the leader in logistics services and owner of the Paczkomat parcel locker network. The two projects, totalling 20,000 sqm of warehouse space, are being developed in Pomerania: at 7R Park Gdańsk IV and 7R Park Słupsk.

Industrial developer 7R has raised €35 million from the sale of green bonds, as part of a wider program through which it aims to obtain €100 million. 

The Investika Real Estate Fund, Czechia’s largest non-bank open-ended mutual real estate fund for retail investors, acting jointly with its JV partner – BUD Holdings SA., has acquired five logistic parks from Polish developer 7R. The transaction value exceeds €150 million. Thanks to that, it is the largest logistics property investment transaction that closed in Poland this year and the second-largest logistics property investment transaction that closed in 2024 in Central Europe.  

7R will invest in the Kraków-based Logistics and Industrial Center "Ruszcza," which is part of the “Kraków – Nowa Huta Przyszłości” project. The 7R Hub, located in Kraków's Nowa Huta district, will offer tenants 230,000 sqm of technology and production space.

7R has sold Park Wrocław West II warehouse park in Kąty Wrocławskie. The purchaser is EQT Exeter, a global real estate investment manager. The price has not been disclosed.

The land bank of 7R, a developer of warehouses and industrial facilities, grew by 2 million square meters in 2024. This expansion opens up new opportunities for clients planning to expand in specific locations.

7R Park Lublin East I, a 111,000 sqm logistics park, is now fully leased. The final and key tenant is Stock Polska, one of Poland's largest alcoholic beverage producers, which plans to move into the new location in the second half of 2025. The company has leased 57,000 sqm of warehouse space.
